You've dedicated your life to professional achievement, climbing the ladder you set out to climb. You've reached positions you worked toward for years, earned the recognition you deserved, and built a career that looks impressive on paper.
But you find yourself asking: "Is this it?"
You're the person others come to when things need to get done. The reliable leader who makes it look easy. The one who always has their act together. Yet despite your success, something feels missing, and that feeling is getting harder to ignore.
Maybe it hits you on Sunday evenings, or during those quiet moments between meetings. You look around and wonder if this is what you actually wanted, or if you've been so focused on achieving that you've lost sight of what really matters to you.
✔ Feel disconnected from work that used to energise you.
✔ Realise you've prioritised career goals at the expense of key
relationships and personal wellbeing.
✔ Find yourself going through the motions, while questioning everything privately.
✔ Love what you do (or used to) but feel exhausted by it.
✔ Know something needs to change but not sure where to start.
While this might seem obvious, the reality is that many of us don't have a dedicated space where we can be honest about challenges, think aloud, and explore options without judgment.
You might worry about appearing vulnerable or admitting you need support. But here's the truth: the most successful executives, like elite athletes, recognise that peak performance requires support.
Coaching isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about optimising what's already working well.
You already have most of the answers. You just need a confidential space to explore them with someone who understands how stress impacts performance, behaviour, and relationships, and how small changes can close the gap between your potential and where you are now.
If this sounds like you, you're in the right place. Executive leadership coaching
I understand what it feels like to be successful on paper but feel disconnected from your own life. My journey into coaching began through my own experience of questioning whether achievement alone was enough.
With over 20 years experiences working across different sectors including Public Health Wellbeing, I've spent my career helping people and organisations navigate stress, trauma, and change.
I've led multi-agency networks of 600+ professionals, developed trauma-informed approaches across healthcare, criminal justice and education sectors, and trained 1000’s of professionals in Compassionate Leadership.
This work taught me something important: the most successful leaders aren't those who push through at all costs, they're the ones who understand how to work with their human nature, not against it.
My academic background includes an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Mediation (with Distinction) and Level 7 ILM accreditation in Executive Coaching. But what really sets me apart isn't just my credentials- it's my approach to professional coaching
I bring evidence over trends, grounding our work in neuroscience and research rather than the latest fad. I understand how stress impacts performance, decision-making, and relationships because I've studied it, lived it, and helped hundreds of people navigate it.
I have a natural affinity for leadership dynamics. Having grown up discussing organisational complexities around the dinner table, I'm not intimidated by titles or job roles, I'm genuinely curious about the human behind the role.
Most importantly, my focus is entirely on you, not me. I don't aspire to be in the spotlight. My fulfilment comes from creating the psychological safety you need to rediscover your authentic leadership presence and watching you succeed from that place of purpose rather than depletion.

Your past success shows you have what it takes. Coaching simply accelerates your growth from here, helping you lead with less stress and more impact.
My clients often tell me that coaching actually gives them time back by helping them prioritise more effectively and delegate with confidence. We work with your schedule, not against it.
Many of my clients choose to share that they're working with a coach - it demonstrates their commitment to excellence and models continuous learning for their teams.
Coaching should be both effective and ethical.
I don’t take your trust for granted and it is a non-negotiable.
As a member of the Institute for Leadership and Management, clients who are coached by me, can expect complete confidentiality, and honest feedback. I will never recommend services you don't need or extend coaching programmes unnecessarily.
Our work together is guided by professional coaching standards, but more importantly, by a simple principle:
I treat my clients the way I want to be treated, with respect, transparency, and a genuine commitment to your growth.
